Charlie Hoover – Our Web Master
For those of you who’ve never met Charlie or know of his programming expertise, I want to post this quick blog to introduce my 18 year old son and computer guru, Charlie Hoover. Charlie has been managing/designing/programing our web site for a good while now. He’s even the creative genius behind the intro flash opening that pops up when first opeing hooverlaw.com!
