Stamford's Joshua Starr named Mont. Co. superintendent
Following a unanimous decision by the Montgomery County Board, Stamford, Connecticut’s current superintendent, Joshua Starr, was chosen to take the helm of Montgomery County Public Schools, vacated by retiring Jerry Weast.
