Parents, if your child is a student with special needs, you need to check out Maryland’s MSDE Survey!

Recently browsing the MCPS website I came across a link to what is referred to as its online special education survey. In reality, the survey is provided by and found on the MSDE Maryland State website at SURVEY. Just as MCPS asks of its students’ parents, I too encourage you to take the online survey and paying particular attention to question 36 where you are finally given the chance to identify your local school and county, tell the Maryland State Department of Education of your experience in working with your child’s special needs at your local public school system!
