Students Worldwide Demand Action on Climate Change!

For 36 years representing children, students and youth I have never been more blown away by their awesomeness! I thought I knew a great deal about the raw talent and ability of youth and children and how the youngest among us influence and empower us “adults”. Yesterday’s worldwide student protest march in demand for action on climate change made clear that I was wrong.

Yesterday’s student-led protest took place on every continent in over 150 countries and countless cities, towns, and villages around the globe. Three million people took part in what was the latest demonstration of protest by the children of our world.

I for one have never been more proud, more humbled and more impressed by the overwhelming might brilliantly demonstrated by  the real leaders and influences of today. Young kid’s like 16-year-old Greta Thunberg have single handily brought worldwide attention to the dire condition of the earth’s climate change disaster and the urgency required if we are to save the planet. I urge you to heed the call. Stop carbon pollution now. The tipping point as very near and waiting for the government to act is not an option.

Seeing and learning of yesterday’s record-breaking, unprecedented global youth protest is incumbent on each us “adults”.
